- 1 round brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing it well.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- You can use any fruit preserves instead of cranberry sauce.
- Add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
