- 1 cup carrot sticks
- 1 cup celery sticks
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1 cup bell pepper strips
Instructions
- Wash and cut the vegetables into sticks and slices.
- Arrange the vegetables on a serving platter.
- Scoop hummus into a small bowl and place it in the center of the platter.
- Garnish with olives and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
