- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Push shrimp to the side, add beaten eggs, scramble until cooked.
- Add mixed vegetables and cooked rice, stir well.
- Pour in soy sauce and fish sauce, mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Adjust sauce according to taste.
