Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 stalks of lemongrass, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar.
- Add the sliced chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
