Description

Thai drunken noodles are a flavorful stir-fried noodle dish with a spicy kick.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, cook until tender.
  5. Push vegetables to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
  6. Add soaked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Add bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
  • Serve hot for best flavor.
