Description
Thai drunken noodles are a flavorful stir-fried noodle dish with a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 8 oz wide rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, cook until tender.
- Push vegetables to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
- Add soaked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Add bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
- Serve hot for best flavor.
- Can add protein like chicken or shrimp if desired.
