  • 1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
  • 34 kaffir lime leaves
  • 12 Thai chilies, sliced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine coconut milk and broth.
  2. Add lemongrass, lime leaves, and chilies. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add chicken and cook until done.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in fish sauce and lime juice.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
