- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Add coconut milk, rice flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
