Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; mix well.
  6. Stir in Thai basil leaves and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
