Description
Delicious Thai basil beef rolls wrapped in rice paper.
Ingredients

- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and beef, cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
- Remove from heat and add Thai basil and cooked noodles.
- Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
- Place beef mixture on rice paper and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
