Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and beef, cook until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
  4. Remove from heat and add Thai basil and cooked noodles.
  5. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
  6. Place beef mixture on rice paper and roll tightly.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce.
