Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into small balls.
- Place rolls on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Mix softened butter, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl for the spread.
- Serve rolls warm with honey cinnamon butter.
Notes
- Store leftover rolls in an airtight container.
- These rolls are best served warm.
- You can freeze the rolls for later use.
