- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
