  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add beef, soy sauce, and cook until tender.
  6. Divide dough into small balls, flatten them, and fill with beef mixture.
  7. Steam buns for 15 minutes until fluffy.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
