- 1 package of tater tots (32 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the tater tots evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake the tater tots for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the tater tots from the oven and reduce the temperature to 375°F (190°C).
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Top with cheese, bacon or sausage, and green onions.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
