This recipe makes soft and fluffy eggless dinner rolls.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
