Description

A classic deviled egg recipe with a twist of tarragon flavor.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  3. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
  4. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  5. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with extra tarragon if desired.
