Description
A classic deviled egg recipe with a twist of tarragon flavor.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing to a boil.
- Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with extra tarragon if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh tarragon for the best flavor.
- Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
- Chill the deviled eggs before serving for better taste.
