Delicious takeout-style fried rice made at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side and add beaten eggs.
- Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
- Stir in green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for best results.
- Customize with your favorite protein.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
