Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Stir in beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  4. Add beef broth and water, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot with toppings if desired.
