  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Add ground beef or turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in taco seasoning and black beans, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with sour cream and green onions before serving.
