- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir well.
- Add the diced tomatoes and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the shredded cheese.
- Top with the remaining cheese and let it melt.
- Serve warm.
