- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 12 cupcake liners
- 1 package cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Mix cornbread mix, egg, and milk in a bowl.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour cornbread batter into liners, filling halfway.
- Add a spoonful of seasoned beef on top of the batter.
- Top with cheese and salsa.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
