Description

A delicious copycat recipe for Taco Bell’s Quesarito.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on the tortilla.
  4. Add the cooked rice and ground beef on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle sour cream and nacho cheese sauce over the filling.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Cover with the second tortilla.
  8. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  9. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.
  10. Remove from skillet and cut in half to serve.

Notes

  • Customize with your favorite toppings.
  • Use leftover chicken instead of beef if desired.
