A delicious copycat recipe for Taco Bell’s Quesarito.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on the tortilla.
- Add the cooked rice and ground beef on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle sour cream and nacho cheese sauce over the filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with the second tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and cut in half to serve.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite toppings.
- Use leftover chicken instead of beef if desired.
- Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños.
