A delicious recipe for Taco Bell inspired nacho fries.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Toss the fries in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with nacho cheese sauce and jalapenos.
