  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread minced garlic, oregano, basil, mozzarella, and Parmesan over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and pinch the ends to seal.
  9. Place the rolled dough in a greased loaf pan.
  10. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
