This is a delicious swirled garlic herb and cheese bread that combines rich flavors and a soft texture.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread minced garlic, oregano, basil, mozzarella, and Parmesan over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and pinch the ends to seal.
- Place the rolled dough in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftover bread in an airtight container.
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
- You can add more herbs to taste.
