Delicious swirled caramel apple fudge that combines sweet and tart flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, apple juice, cream, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
- Pour half of the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Swirl in caramel sauce.
- Top with the remaining fudge mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Use tart apples for best flavor.
- Allow fudge to cool completely before cutting.
