Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of pectin

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.

  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add vanilla extract and pectin, stirring well.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
  7. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
