A delicious dessert combining the flavors of strawberry shortcake and cheesecake in a roll.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 package of sponge cake rolls
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Mix chopped strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently until well mixed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over each sponge cake roll.
- Add a layer of strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the sponge cakes tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Slice and serve garnished with mint leaves.

- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Can substitute strawberries with other berries.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
