Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package of sponge cake rolls
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream gently until well mixed.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each sponge cake roll.
  5. Add a layer of strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll the sponge cakes tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Slice and serve garnished with mint leaves.
