Description

A delicious blend of sweet and spicy flavors with garlic, served over pasta and steak.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add steak slices to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Pour sauce over the steak and cook until thickened.
  6. Toss pasta in the sauce and steak mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute chicken for steak if desired.
