Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
