  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in a pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
  4. Add brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mashed sweet potatoes.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown.
