A delicious sweet potato dish perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove sweet potatoes and let them cool.
- Peel and mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
- Add brown sugar, butter, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- For a creamier texture, add more milk.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
