Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
