Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet potato puree, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
