Ingredients

- 1 cup sweet potato puree
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sweet potato puree, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
