- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with chopped pecans and mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and the marshmallows are golden.
