A delicious sweet potato casserole perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- For added crunch, you can sprinkle pecans on top.
- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
