A flavorful grilled chicken dish with a sweet chili and lime marinade.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Pair with rice or salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
