Description
Sweet and sticky steak bites are tender pieces of steak coated in a flavorful sauce, perfect for a quick appetizer or main dish.

			- 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 1/4 cup of soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup of brown sugar
 - 2 tablespoons of honey
 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
 - Add steak pieces to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak.
 - Cook for 5-7 minutes until steaks are browned and cooked to your liking.
 - Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
 - Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
