A delicious recipe for sweet and spicy grilled chicken and pineapple skewers.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken and pineapple onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
