- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra heat, add cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
