- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, about 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
- Chill the eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
- Let the eggs sit in the fridge overnight for better flavor.
