Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
