Sweet and salty churro bites are bite-sized treats that combine the classic churro flavor with a hint of salt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop dough into small balls and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Toss warm churro bites in cinnamon sugar and sprinkle with sea salt.
