Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  5. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine beef broth, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Mix the cooked noodles and meatballs in a baking dish.
