- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and mix well.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
