Ingredients

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey
- 2 tablespoons of sun dried tomato pesto
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Spread sun dried tomato pesto on one slice of bread.
- Add sliced turkey on top of the pesto.
- Place mozzarella cheese over the turkey.
- Add fresh spinach.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
