A savory grilled cheese sandwich featuring sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and pesto.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-pesto side, layer sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.

- Adjust the amount of bacon and cheese to your taste.
