Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich featuring sun dried tomato, bacon, and pesto.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 strips of bacon, cooked
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer cheese, sun dried tomatoes, bacon, and pesto.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Adjust the amount of bacon and sun dried tomatoes to your taste.
- Serve with a side of salad or soup for a complete meal.
