Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add cranberries to the syrup.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  5. Let cranberries cool in syrup for 1 hour.
  6. Drain cranberries and roll in sugar.
  7. Spread on parchment paper to dry for 2 hours.
