Description
Sugared cranberries are sweet, tart fruits coated in sugar. They make a perfect holiday garnish or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add cranberries to the sugar mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove cranberries and let them cool on a wire rack.
- Roll cooled cranberries in sugar until fully coated.
- Let them dry for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use for garnishing desserts or salads.
- Can be made a day ahead.
