Description

Sugared cranberries are sweet, tart fruits coated in sugar. They make a perfect holiday garnish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add cranberries to the sugar mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove cranberries and let them cool on a wire rack.
  5. Roll cooled cranberries in sugar until fully coated.
  6. Let them dry for 1 hour before serving.
