A delightful sugar-free jelly made with dandelions and sweetened with stevia.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 1 package pectin
Instructions
- Gather dandelion flowers and rinse them well.
- In a pot, boil the dandelion flowers in water for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
- Add lemon juice and stevia to the liquid.
- Stir in the pectin and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Ensure flowers are free from pesticides.
- Store jelly in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
