Ingredients

  • 2 cups dandelion flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • 1 package pectin

Instructions

  1. Gather dandelion flowers and rinse them well.
  2. In a pot, boil the dandelion flowers in water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
  4. Add lemon juice and stevia to the liquid.
  5. Stir in the pectin and bring to a boil.
  6. Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
