- 4 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion, celery, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add melted butter and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
