Ingredients

- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, crab, scallops)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the sourdough bread and hollow out the inside.
- In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add seafood mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and paprika.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then add heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed bread bowl with the soup.
- Place the bread bowl in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
