Ingredients

  • 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, crab, scallops)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the sourdough bread and hollow out the inside.
  3. In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add seafood mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and paprika.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add heavy cream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Fill the hollowed bread bowl with the soup.
  9. Place the bread bowl in the oven for 10 minutes.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
